TCS Screeding are offering a fantastic opportunity to join their on-site team as an Apprentice Site Foreman, working on some of the most prestigious projects around Central London and the southeast.
As the Apprentice Site Foreman, you will be working closely with Senior Contracts Managers, Supervisors, Screed Teams, and Labourers to ensure that works carried out by TCS Screeding are completed in a timely manner and at a high standard.
Your main duties include (but are not limited too) the following:
· Manage site operatives
· Carry out daily site briefings
· Carry out pre-commencement surveys to screeding areas to ensure preceding trades are complete and areas are ready
· Organise materials and labour for the project
· Assist with deliveries to site
· Carry out H&S duties i.e toolbox talks etc
· Report any issues and give site updates to TCS line managers
· Carry out Quality Assurance checks and populate TCS Quality Check system
· Carry out as built surveys
· Attend daily logistics meetings if required
· Carry out weekly site report
· Assist TCS management as required

**CSCS card is required and is needed before starting the role.**
TCS Screeding’s chosen training provider is London Southeast Colleges, who’s campus is in Orpington, Kent. The successful candidate will be required to attend college on site in Orpington biweekly and online learning biweekly. This is non-negotiable. The apprenticeship will take 3 years to complete. If you cannot commit to the learning or travelling to Orpington please do not apply.
This role will be based primarily on the Gascoigne Estate in Barking, but there will be a requirement travel to different site locations around the southeast and Central London if necessary. Weekend work may be available, this will be paid at the same day rate.
Hours : Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Due to the nature of working on-site and in order to obtain a CSCS card we require the minimum age for applications to be 18 years old.
