Local Labourer(s) Wanted for Flooring Contractor company – Must have a Barking or East London post code.
Location: Various construction sites and other buildings – London and other locations.
Type: Self-Employed/Sub-Contractor – Immediate Start
Salary/Wages: £120 per day – must be CIS registered
We are a busy and growing flooring contractor looking for a reliable Labourer to support our team on various sites, including a redevelopment project in Barking. You’ll be an essential part of our operation, helping our floor-layers and keeping projects running smoothly.
The role will Include:
Assisting experienced floor-layers on site
Manual handling and heavy lifting (e.g., vinyl, carpet rolls, tools, other materials)
Keeping the site tidy and safe
Loading and unloading materials
Supporting with general site duties
We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable, hardworking, and physically fit
Is able to follow instructions
Has a good attitude and is willing to learn
Is happy to travel to different sites as needed
Has a valid CSCS card (or is willing to obtain one with our support)
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
