SEN Teaching Assistant – (H356)
Liaise with the SENCO and class teacher where required.
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour modification.
Work in Mainstream School/SEN School with children aged 5 to 19 years.
Adapting teaching materials and methods to meet the needs of students with SEND.
Implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans (BSPs).
Providing individualised support in the classroom, one-on one or small group instruction.
