e-Skills for businesses
The e-Business Support Programme – delivered in partnership with Newham College and Local London – is providing expert advice and training for up to 550 small and medium sized businesses in the borough to improve their knowledge and use of digital tools and technology including:
- e-commerce;
- digital business tools,
- online marketing and trading,
- social media,
- establishing a strong online presence,
- e-tendering and crowdfunding,
- and cyber security and data protection.
This programme is FREE for businesses with up to 250 employees located in the London boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering or Newham.
Businesses will have access to a dedicated business advisor and digital specialists, together with workshops and training, to support digital transformation, helping your business to:
- Increase productivity and efficiency and save time
- Enhance your digital and online presence
- Maximise your use of social media
- Increase sales to grow your business
- Manage increased digital risk through improved security and back-up systems
- Improve your customer service and systems
- Improve internal and external communication
- Upskill your workforce
