Our free recruitment service has a dedicated construction team that provides a matching service for construction companies and local people seeking to work in construction and the built environment.
This team can work with anyone in Barking and Dagenham who is seeking to work in construction, whether you are new to the sector, a returner, or already working in construction. We can also support candidates from other boroughs if they have been referred to us from partner organisations.

Training
Our specialist construction training facility, The BRICK, offers nationally recognised qualifications that are essential for anyone wishing to work on a construction site as well as those seeking to upskill and renew their tickets, including an on-site test centre where you can take your CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test and CSCS card assessments.
As part of the training package, you will be assigned a job broker from our construction team to discuss and apply for jobs in the sector.
