Ensure that all children with allergies are catered for in compliance with our allergies policy and that the allergen file is maintained.

Ensure that the kitchen and all kitchen equipment are kept clean and tidy.

Observe lofty standards of food hygiene during the preparation, cooking, and serving of all foods.

Maintain Safer Food, Better Business documentation daily to comply with food safety management procedures and food hygiene regulations.

Undertake baking activities with the children and support children cookery Clubs.

Promote healthy eating with the children and staff. Which should clearly be communicated to the teams

Maintain lofty standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance in accordance with the Company’s hygiene policy.

Control storage and rotation of kitchen stock.
